African Pursuit is a game that traces the journey of the African diaspora from pre-colonial Africa through to the triangular slave trade to independence movements in the Caribbean, the USA and Africa.  The game uses original source material drawn from well-loved stories, autobiographies and poetry to introduce the themes of imperialism,  resistance and language which run through the history of the diaspora.
 
Questions have been designed to include humour as well as facts, and range from the simple to the more challenging so that the game may be enjoyed by younger and older players alike.
